$18/hour PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is an integral part of all functions - Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Accounting.
Assist Management with special studies or projects and the coordination of Control transformer's efforts with other departments.
Directing incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
Generating and mailing Customer Invoices when shipped.
Expediting payments from Customers.
Creating / Printing nameplates and wiring diagrams from Engineering Work Order Travelers Maintaining closed Customer Orders.
Editing daily labor tickets and generating appropriate reports to supply to ATM for payroll and also to do payroll through ADP.
Maintain all employee changes and files.
Entering all Non- PO invoices in Plex Manufacturing program to be set up for payment.
Human Resource assistant for Health care ,Workers Compensation and new employee orientation.
Various reports, quarterly tax returns, reports and other activities related to each department.
REPORTS TO:
This position reports to the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer, Business, Vocational training.
Experience with Plex Manufacturing software a plus.
Two years of admin.
/ Clerical experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Established clerical and organizational skills.
Positive telephone personality.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and other software.
Must be creative and energetic and willing to grow in responsibilities with the company.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
