Clerical/Office Assistant/Receptionist Pay Rate:
$13 - $15 per hour Clerical/Office Assistant/Receptionist Job
Responsibilities:
Reports to Operations Manager and Clinical Director Provides assistance to office manager and clinical providers as needed Answers telephone calls and schedules clients appropriately Maintains scheduling in EHR/Simple Practice software Schedules remote meetings through Zoom Collects new client information and updates current client records Collects client payments Maintains Waitlist Information Relays messages to Clinical Director, clinical providers, Billing Manager and Operations Manager as appropriate Gathers information from clients for appropriate appointment scheduling Maintains client records through EHR/Simple Practice Keep ongoing inventory of supplies and relays when ordering is needed Maintain a clean, sanitary and presentable office environment for client and staff safety and health Outside errands as needed for conducting business Set up facility for trainings and other activities as needed Documenting information in an EHR system, typing letters, handling mail Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or Clinical Director Hours/
Benefits:
Up to 32 hours per week flexible schedule.
Majority of the hours are between 8am-8pm Monday through Friday, normally working one evening per week.
May be asked to work an occasional Saturday (9am-12pm) if ever needed (currently there are no weekend hours).
We are closed on major holidays.
Clerical Assistant Qualifications / Skills:
Supply management Informing others Reporting skills Willingness to take direction from others Documentation Skills Organization Skills Teamwork/working with others Comfortability working with the public; being kind, empathetic and supportive with clients is imperative.
Education, Experience, and Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office 365, Office phone system, will teach EHR/Simple Practice).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
