Must have strong phone skills and be able to deal with multiple phone lines plus, have the ability to communicate efficiently with customers Proficiency with Word, Excel, CRM & POS software High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Organization skills Ability to learn quickly and efficiently Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in written formats Honest and Reliable, with a neat and clean appearance Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Works with others as well as independently Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-oriented Maintain a positive attitude!
